If a contractor doesn't respond within 48 hours of you unlocking their contact details, you're eligible for a full refund of the platform fee. No questions asked. We believe you should only pay for connections that work.
All platform fee payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your full credit card information on our servers. Your financial data is protected with industry-standard encryption.
